Self care is more than taking a hot bubble bath once a week. Self care is doing what you need to do to prevent having a melt down in front of a Fuddruckers while on a family vacation (true story).
I am going to be honest. I have PTSD. I have anxiety. I manage my depression.
Self care for me is a variety of things that I have to keep up with on a regular basis. Some of the things I do are daily journaling, reading every day, traveling when I can, and taking classes on anything that interests me.
